Key Roles and responsibilities:
- Understand the Field Mobility functionalities build within the existing applications
- Should be able to conduct the discovery or joint sessions with different teams like Business, Service, and end users to discuss and gather the business requirements
- Should be able to capture and define and document the requirements and cover all aspects in terms of the final project deliverable
- Understand the Germany labour law applicable for the Mechanics and Field Mobility application
- Creating first set of low fidelity dashboard wireframes examining new process performance to help UI designers create high-fidelity visual designs
- Creating and maintaining a feature list backlog with priority set using appropriate prioritization mechanisms
- Reviewing designs created by UI designers to ensure that the requirements are met, and client standards are adhered
- Creating a document repository to enable users to understand new processes and ensure quick adaptation
- Business process improvement redesign and optimization
- Creating as is user journeys persona maps and frameworks to further establish to be processes and ensure their implementation
- Defining user stories for Agile sprints and leading user story refinement efforts
- Working along with client-side stake holders, technical leaders to create process flows sequence diagrams and list of functional features
- Ideating and innovating on new research ideas techniques and industry specific process templates
- Validation of business processes and coordination with technical teams for Business process testing to enable checking software readiness from a business users and customers perspective through demo sessions and obtain user sign offs.
- Coordinate between the offshore teams for development support and enhancement
Qualifications:
- Candidate having 8-10 years of experience in experience with field services domain and should have a good experience of mobility apps
