Fixed Access SPOC

• The Level 1 Fixed Access SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 fixed access . This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects.
• Lead and manage the level 1 fixed access team.
• Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 fixed access .
• Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in the Telco/IT field.

• Extensive experience in level 1 fixed access .
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei.
