IT Infrastructure Project Manager – Card Payments

Project Manager will be responsible for

• Delivering complex and strategic IT Infrastructure projects within a global environment
• To manage and coordinate all project activities from initiation to implementation including project setup kickoff requirements analysis
• solution design build test production implementation post implementation review trainings issue resolution status reporting and lessons learned
• Will work on multiple projects while leading and coordinating crosscompany teams responsible for the overall delivery of an assigned

Job Specific Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT Infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation
• Work stream lead for Infrastructure aspects of business projects
• Accountable for delivering medium to large projects on time within defined scope and within budget
• Responsible for project planning and resource allocation across multiple teams
• Ensures project methodologies project delivery processes and implementation management processes are followed
• Accountable for project documentation including project plans timelines status reports and issuerisk logs
• Responsible for controlling and monitoring performance across all aspects of an assigned project
• Provides support to delivery stream and customers to define business requirements while taking ownership for delivering quality
• Responsible for the prioritization of all project tasks
• Provides sales support and business development initiatives

Job Requirements

• Proven success in delivering medium to large complex IT Infrastructure projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring
• customer satisfaction
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work on own initiative
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure Hardware and operational methodologies
• Strong understanding of IT Networks
• International travel may be required
• 5 to 10 years project management experience or a Bachelors Degree
• Card Payments business knowledge is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment across geographical boundaries
• Quality focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with a drive and commitment towards project delivery
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform project tasks effectively while managing time and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
• Confident with preparing presentations proposing solutions and driving decisions
• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
