Experience in setting up and configuring client devices, including desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, to ensure they meet the organization’s standards and user requirements. Experience in installing and updating software applications on client devices, ensuring compatibility and security. Providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly. Educating end-users on best practices for using their devices and software, enhancing their productivity and minimizing support requests. Keeping an accurate inventory of all client devices, tracking their lifecycle from procurement to disposal. Performing regular maintenance on end user devices to ensure optimal performance and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed. Responsible for interfacing with the level 2 team for learning and doing knowledge transfer to the service desk team. |
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working as End User services Onsite Support at Client’s HeadquarterShould have strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsCoordination & stakeholder management |
Strong knowledge of device and OS management, application packaging, and distribution.Experience with hardware lifecycle management and onsite support services.Experience with asset management tools and software.Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similarExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills |
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Problem solving and troubleshooting skills in technical areas |
