Collaborate with Customer Product Managers on product vision to create an actionable backlog 

Advocate for developer experience across all aspects of the product work with product support staff to triage and resolve customer issues work with other Product Owners across the platform to align dependencies and priorities

Define product backlog items PBIs and bugs with descriptions acceptance criteria and other important details for the team

Active involvement in the definition priority and scoping of iterations 

Team backlog maintenance organization and review

Prepare for and actively participate at SAFe Program planning 

Organization and facilitation of product demos facilitation and oversight of ongoing testing efforts 

Experience in CMS Systems Sitecore CMS CRM Adobe etc

Understanding or experience in using productized APIs SaaS SOA Cloud Services and Content Management Systems

Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements

Understanding or experience in user experience design and UI development a plus

Skills

Mandatory Skills : Design Thinking And Ideation Workshops, M365 Suites of Products, PowerBI, Tableau, UML diagrams
