Must have worked in an InforM3 environment for over 8 years

Developing and managing release schedules including timelines resources and dependencies for Infor M3 releases

Working with development testing and operations teams to ensure a coordinated release process

Managing Infor M3 configurations ensuring consistency and accuracy across environments

Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with releases such as regressions or system downtime

Working with testing teams to validate and troubleshoot changes during the release process

Providing regular updates and communication to stakeholders regarding release plans progress and issues

Continuously seeking ways to improve the release management process and ensure efficiency

Leading and coordinating activities related to the deployment of new software versions

Tracking the performance of releases after deployment and providing support to users
