SAP MM S/4HANA Consultant

Highly skilled and experienced SAP MM S/4HANA consultant with a strong background in the S2P(Source-to-pay) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience, be capable of performing all project activities including configuration, and possess in-depth knowledge of the latest releases and changes between ECC and S/4HANA. The consultant should be self-motivated, able to drive solution design and delivery with minimal involvement from the stream lead, and have excellent communication and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed configuration of SAP MM modules to meet business requirements.
• Identify and resolve process issues by interacting with business and technical teams.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases and changes, and apply this knowledge to projects.
• Conduct gap analysis and manage deltas between ECC and S/4HANA.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards for SAP MM and P2P processes.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP MM, with at least 1 years in S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in S2P and P2P process implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of the differences and deltas between ECC and S/4HANA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

SAP certification in MM or S/4HANA.

Experience with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, or WM.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
