Description:
We are looking for a skilled Data Lead to oversee and guide a team of Data and Business Analysts, responsible for securing the data requirements enabling the introduction of a new generation Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) Investigation tool.
In your role you will be collaborating closely with the Data Team Product Owner to drive change in accordance with the FCP Data strategy, ensuring Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Products are delivered in accordance with the business need.
Furthermore, you will be working with a range of diverse stakeholders including Business, Architecture, and Technology owners to align on business requirements, whilst driving efficient project execution in accordance with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Key Responsibilities:
• Be servant leader and enabler for a team of data and business analysts ensuring the performance and quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Business, Architecture, Train trio and Technology to facilitate decisions and drive the delivery of data requirements according to set data strategy.

Qualifications:
• Senior Business Analyst (5-8 years)
• Proven experience in leading data teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Very good understanding of data strategy and data modelling principles
• Very good understanding of IT strategy and Architecture
• Good understanding of principals around data modelling from business and performance perspective
• Very good change management understanding
• Good understanding of Financial Services and Financial Crime
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
Detailed description of work task to be carried out
Work as business analyst in a team working on AnaCredit implementation in Snowflake. Responsibilities includes analysis on the needed changes, data quality impact using new sourcing, prototyping of the changes, sharing the requirements
