Skills Required

  • Experience in ITSM, CMDB, CSM & FSM design, transition, and operations processes.
  • Prior experience / understanding of implementing CSDM and identifying potential automations across operations / business process.
  • Document, coordinate and manage requirements aimed at optimizing operational efficiency
  • Create requirements and solution design SOW (Scope of Work) document in coordination with all stakeholders
  • Translate the business requirements to Functional requirements
  • Experience in business analysis, configuration, and administration of modules of ServiceNow Platform
  • Understanding Scrum Methodology
  • Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, self-starter able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among projects stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members
  • Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,
  • Decompose high-level information into details
  • Create technical user stories with acceptance criteria and test scripts
  • Defining as-is / to-be processes and conducting process modelling and execute data analysis activities
  • Facilitation skills to assist gathering requirements in workshops and provide training to clients and internal team members
  • Use of industry recognized technologies to facilitate work environment
  • Participate and conduct testing and UAT.
  • Demonstrate experience in communicating across all levels of an organization, at the most senior levels

Certifications Required

  • ITIL Foundation+
  • COBIT, VeriSM, IT4IT, Lean IT (desirable).
  • Scrum certified (desirable)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (must have), specific module: presales/micro-certifications
