Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

·         Desktop and Laptop Support Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues for desktops and laptops

·         Peripheral Devices Experience with printers scanners and other peripheral devices

·         Operating Systems Expertise in Windows macOS and Linux operating systems

·         Active Directory Managing user accounts groups and permissions

·         Group Policy Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects GPOs for security and configuration management

·         Remote Management Using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM and Intune for remote management and software deployment

·         Microsoft 365 Proficiency in Microsoft Teams SharePoint OneDrive and other Office 365 applications

·         Video Conferencing Experience with tools like Zoom Cisco Webex and Google Meet

·         Unified Communications Knowledge of unified communication platforms like Skype for Business and Slack

·         MDM Solutions Proficiency in using MDM tools like Microsoft Intune AirWatch or MobileIron

·         BYOD Policies Implementing and managing Bring Your Own Device BYOD policies
