Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SAP HCM applications, ensuring seamless operations for German clients.
- Provide on-demand expertise in German Payroll (PY), including wage types implementation and compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Develop and conduct GDPR training programs and compliance strategies.
- Work on concepts like Bike Leasing, aligning with German market needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for the internal SAP HCM Manager and Payroll Team Leads.
- Offer expertise in SAP Time Management (TM) to enhance scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Collaborate in a bilingual environment (English & German) to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in SAP HCM Application Management, preferably for German clients.
- Strong knowledge of German Payroll (PY), Wage Types, and GDPR compliance.
- Expertise in SAP Time Management (TM) and related configurations.
- Ability to develop and implement new concepts and enhancements within SAP HCM.
- Fluent in German (B2 level) and English (written and spoken).
