Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in international recruitment to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top IT talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for international IT roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical and cultural fit evaluation.
  • Manage and coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer processes.
  • Stay updated with global IT hiring trends, technologies, and market conditions to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in international IT recruitment, preferably in the US, UK, or Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and job roles.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in salary negotiations, onboarding, and stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in Hyderabad and available to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office).
