Job Description

Performing the Installation configuration and upgradation on the

MasterMedia Client servers for NetBackup and recovery software

Perform daily backup routine maintenance investigate and resolve issues on

backup recovery operations

Perform regular system maintenance incident solving change

implementation Patch management Analyse solve performance and security

issues Complex backup scheduling maintenance also includes helping solve

complex problems related to operating system databases or applications

teams

Provide support during disaster recovery situations and plan failoverfailback

procedures Ensure data recoverability by performing regular restore tests

Participating in an oncall and shift rotation to support business customers

Handling the escalation calls and joining the priority calls

Work closely with vendors to resolve complex issues and implement best

practices

Generate and analyse backup and recovery reports presenting findings to

management
