Scrum Master

•             Establishing and monitoring agile practices in tribes and squads. Ensuring compliance with Scrum processes and maintaining tools such as Jira.

•             Promoting the team’s self-organization through training and guidance in topics such as user stories, backlog management and agile mindset.

•             Planning and moderation of Scrum events

•             Measurement of team progress, creation of KPIs and analysis of agile metrics for continuous optimization. Monitoring team velocity to improve sprint planning.

•             Identification and removal of obstacles

•             On- and offboarding: organization and support of new team members.

Required

•             Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in large agile projects or scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).

•             Sound knowledge of agile methods and practices, including coaching skills.

•             Experience in working with agile metrics, KPIs and tools such as Jira.

•             Strong communication skills, moderation skills and assertiveness.

•             Ability to support teams in their self-organization and proactively remove obstacles.

•     Fluent English. German minimum B1 level.

•     Open to local travel to client premises in Munich and Frankfurt – weekly 3 days.
