Mandatory certification required in IIBA ECBA CBAP AAC

External BA certification IIBA AAC CCBA CBAP or CSPO from Scrum Alliance mandatory as per policy for the project

Good Exposure on Capital Market Domain

JD Business Analyst Collateral Management

Domain knowledge Has a good understanding of end to end Collateral Management Life Cycle

Has a prior experience handling Biparty and Triparty Collateral Management functionalities as an ITBA

Has prior experience with vendor products in Collateral Management such as Transcend

Strong Domain Knowledge in Securities Lending Collateral Management OTC markets BFSI domain

Strong Business Analysis experience in Designing and Implementing applications involving collateral management strategies aligned with the companys risk appetite and regulatory guidelines to optimize collateral usage

Experience in Implementing strategies for collateral eligibility optimization securities lending repo transactions and collateral transformation

Provide strategic direction to Business and tech teams for managing collateral operations developing efficient workflows adherence to regulatory requirements

Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities like understanding BRD FRD writing and Managing E2E implementation

Strong Communication and excellent Stakeholder management Skills including Business Head Operations Users

Good Exposure on Agile methodology and Program Management

Good to Have SQL
