- Providing operational NOC support of performing L2 level analysis of logged alerts. Participate (24X7X356) L2 call rota for P1/P2 cases
- Perform IM, PM, CM process. Periodic system auditing and status update Logs and events analysis,
- Review and validation of the Network incident and evaluate its urgency and relevancy
- Create ticket, ticket escalation to Level-3 as per criticality and tracking as per SLA
- Create and review documentation and process regarding recurring issues, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material, etc.
- Respond/ Intimate and Remediate customer requests under SLA
- Incident report and performance matrix report generation
- Troubleshooting of known faults/Identified scenarios
- Co-ordinate with internal/external stakeholders (Front Office, Technical Assistance Center, Network operation center Teams and Field-level maintenance team etc.)
- As a part of change Supervision, do pre/post health checks and co-ordinate with Change Implementers
- Raise Problem Tickets as a part of problem management
Professional knowledge
- Knowledge of mobile network domains and functions (Network operation center, field, Project)
- Knowledge of Network Operations management
- English skills of at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Strong written communication skills and presentation skills
- German language skills in spoken and written words will be an advantage
Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of mobile network domains and functions (Network operation center, field, Project)
- Proactive attitude to use his/ her initiative to react quickly, to work effectively in emergency situations under minimum supervision.
- Self- motivated and capable to work within a strong team environment is essential.
- Should have experience to provide Level 1 fault management support, executing changes in the network
- Should have good experience of Alarm Management, Fault Management, Change Management / Configuration Management.
- Experience working in 24X7 shift operations.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Have fundamental knowledge in SLA and KPI of 2G,3G/4G/5G network
- Experience in multivendor equipment like Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson RAN equipment.
- Understanding of 2G / 3G / LTE / NR RAN (eNB, RNC, SEG-W,gNB) Network.
- Linux knowledge using command line:
- File management (CRUD operations, find files with advanced filtering based on name or content),
- System administration (analyze the current system status and info, system logs understanding, sw package management, user management)
- Network administration (system network configuration and basic troubleshooting)
- Shell or other languages scripting
- SQL language knowledge: complex interrogations of the existing relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- File management (CRUD operations, find files with advanced filtering based on name or content),
- Understanding of TCP/IP Networking concepts
- TCP/IP protocol stack and OSI model, IPv4 and IPv6 IP Addressing Scheme, Socket/Port concepts, hubs, switches, gateways and routing
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes) would be a very big advantage.
- Domain experience: BSS, Charging System, Billing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology (Electronics, Computer Science, IT and related field)
