NOTE: WE ARE LOOKING OUT FOR RESOURCES WHO ARE WILLING TO WORK IN US EAST COAST TIME ZONE.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Minimum 7-8 years of OO ABAP development experience in a complex SAP or S/4HANA landscapes

2. Minimum 3-4 years of development experience in S/4HANA

3. Experience on ABAP on HANA specially in S/4HANA landscape.

4. Strong hands-on development experience in RICEF.

5. Good experience in ABAP (RF Screen, PPF, enhancements, CIF).

6. Good hands-on experience in S/4 HANA – CDS views, AMDP, BRF and HANA Proxy Objects.

7. Should be strong in OOPs ABAP, Interfaces, experience in Idocs is preferable.

8. Hands-on in Enhancements, Forms (Adobe Forms), Reports.

9. Enhancements: BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancement Spots.

10. Good knowledge and hands-on of Data Dictionary Objects, classical, Interactive reporting, Detail List, ALV Grid, and text Elements.

Key Responsibilities / Role Description

1. Actively engage with the client team by participating in the business process discussions, understand the current processes, pain points and new requirements to design an effective solution in S/4HANA.

2. Lead the technical consultants in ensuring successful delivery of the SAP Solution. Identify and escalate issues and risks within project structure as soon as discovered and not just when the delivery is due

3. Support Effort Estimation, Solution Standardizing, conduct Training, Mentoring and Coaching junior team members

4. Strong client facing experience, Analytical mind-set with a strong eagerness to learn and able to translate requirements into designs and code / configuration

5. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written

6. Open to work in shifts and flexible to support during weekends / holidays in case of urgency

7. Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve Technical/ABAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

8. Change Request Management: Provide advice and solution to meet business change expectation; to meet the agreed delivery datelines.

9. Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions

10. Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of business requirements, collaborating with the functional team.

11. Meeting SLA: Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
